The New Gotei 13

If you're wondering what this is about, it's about a new Gotei 13 and the first 12 members to join after me get to be a Squad Captain of any number squad so long as it is not taken already. After all of the places of Squad Captain have been filled the next 13 will get to be Squad Lutenants.

Zambakuto's Name (1): Boukyaku (oblivion)
Shikai Seal Release(1): Haiki Boukyaku (destroy oblivion)
Zambakuto's Ability:Lightning based, allows speed to increse when released, also able to shoot bolts of lightning, normal speed is nearly twice as fast as shunpo. no one is sure if he even has obtained his bankai.
Zanpakuto's Attack Name(1): Arashi (Storm) (may change)

Backound Info: also a duel wielder but unlike most shinigami dual wielders, he has two different zanpakuto's, because he optained one, in his later days of schooling from a friend he was forced to kill. Trained under zaraki kenpachi since his graduation of the acadamy, when zaraki found how strong Suiko was, he challenged Suiko to a duel, for the spot of captain, Suiko overpowered Zaraki after a 12 hour fight, all without the use of shikai release. it is common to see him in a lightning storm testing his speed, as he attempts to dodge lightning.

Zambacto's Ability:Can teleport Dokubutsu to a safe location if he is to lose a fight (Released stage-Can open up dimensions)((Bankai-Has control of all reality,but for a short time))
Squad Number: 12
Backound Info: Thought to be able to bring the appocolypse.Most powerful attack is Sasuteiningupuroguramu Gyakusetsu((Sustaining Paradox)).He has never lost,because he always ends up warping his opponent into another dimension at the begining of the fight.The non-releaded for of his blade is normally higly poisoned,along with any other wearpons he possesses.

And when it is releaded Doku acquires the...uh...sparkly purple-ish cloak thingy...
