Appearance: He has red hair with hot pink highlights in the style Deidara had it, minus the pony tail. Eyes are red and are often mistaken for Sharingan. He wears the standard Akatsuki clothes. Ring, Cloak, sandals, etc. He's a really skinny kid but has abnormal strength for his size.

Background: Was one of Orochimaru's creation that was a 100% success. He escaped from Orochimaru when his lab was under raid by Konoha ninja. He ran away to Iwagakure. He met Deidara while he was in the Stone village and was on his terrioist bombing squad until Deidara was recruited to the Akatsuki.

Elements: Fire

Kekkei Genkai: Flame Body

Justus: Has certin chemicals in his skin that allows him to run chakra through it and ignite any part of his body. He can extinguish the flame by running chakra through what ever part of the body is on fire. He dosen't need chakra to make the flame burn constatly. He can shoot a constant flame, a flame ball of just about any size, if need be he can fly or turn his entire self into a flame and travel over great distances at extreme speeds. This flame cannot hurt anyone. Its only for making quick get aways. He can't take anyone with him. His preferred attack is a very small and extremely concentrated beam shot from his index finger. It moves at high speeds, can be devistating(big explosion) or just leave a scorch mark in the ground. He can basically do anything with fire. He has been trying to recreate the effects and power of Amaterasu so he can use it in tight spots. Has VERY tough skin, obviously fire proof. Can stop swords and kunai and other sharp weapons with his bare hands.

Summoning: N O N E

Personality: Really casual. Has a preppy happy kind of attitude and never really tries in fights unless he really has to. (Kind of like Ulquiorra but attitude being the polar opposite). Dosen't like it when people ask about his past or parents. Normally under estimates opponents.

Description: She has brown hair down to her waist. her uniform is basically a gray tank-top style shirt and grey pants. her shirt has a large ribbon tied on a sash right underneath her bustline in the back (its blue). her eyes are a dark blue. she wears her headband like ino's (thats for pre-shippuden. for shippuden her outfit change to a one-strap shirt and shorts.
Bacground:she lives a pretty much normal life. she is a member of the lower branch of her clan. she is a genin and becomes a chuunin in the time-skip.

Favourite jutsu:mostly healing justsu. clone justsu. and also one i haven't named. it's like rasengan, only nowhere near as powerful. it also can heal as well as attack. she prefers fighting with weapons.


Kekkai genkai: her clan all have spirits sealed in them. hers is a bird.

special: she can fly-ish when releasing her spirit. this uses up much chakra though.

Description: blonde hair down a few inches past her shoulder. she wears a black jacket and a grey shirt underneath it. it's like a tube top pretty much. she has dark grey pants and sometimes wheres a leaf headband around her neck. her eyes are blue.
Bacground:she started out in konoha, but due to a pact she made with a spirit, she was kicked out. she was 8. she went around and miraculously (sp? lol) found a group of thieves to take her in. she later met a girl named kira [might describe her some other time]. they went to the leaf where ari found a friend of hers. she convinced Ari to join the leaf. Kira would go on missions - well, help rather - but she refused to wear the headband.
Favourite jutsu: black knife jutsu - it is basically like chakra that turns black and is sharp. it uses up a lot of chakra though....

Kekkai genkai: none.
special: her demon increases her shakra, speed, and attack, but after it goes away, she collapses from exhaustion.

Bloodline: Buster Bloodline
Bloodline Limit: Buster Body - Enables the user to induce and control chemicals in their body that control muscles to such a degree that allows the user to increase body strength without affecting speed. There are several stages and techniques used in this form. There are 4 main techniques which differ with every Buster Bloodline.(Differs from the 8 gates, but this bloodline was how the 8 gates was created.)

Buster Body Technique 1 ~ Buster Body Progression ~ First stages of chemcal induction. Allows the user to hit harder and faster then before.(3x their normal Strength)

Buster Body Technique 2 ~ Buster Body Acceleration ~ As the name suggests it alters the users speed while keeping the strength as it was before.(4x normal speed.)

Buster Body Technique 3 ~ Buster Body Absolute Break ~ A momentary Technique which allows the user induce a rapid(more then usual anyway) chemical reaction allowing them move fast enough and produce the required strength to perform a special "sub" technique.
~(Moon Lance of the Dragoon)~
A technique started with a single punch to throw the opponent off balance long enough to allow a spinning kick sending the opponent into the air. With that the user takes advantage of said increased strength to harness enough chakra for it to become visible, it consists of a 4 hit combo, the last hit although flashy is powerful looking like a grand dragon punching through his target sending him vaulting to the ground. Leaves the user completely depleted.

Bust Body Technique 4 ~ Bust Body Ultimate Hazard ~ Pushes the body to the limit giving its user the power beyond that of a hokage(Upgraded version of the 8th gate, but allows the user to live and still fight on, can only be used once every 30 days however.) Once in this state the user charges every appendage with chakra(whichever they are aligned to) Kaizer's is lightning. Kaiser Pummels the target with a barrage of kicks and punches, usually resulting in death due to then his elemental nature.

His other techniques are variants of Taijutsuu taught in Konoha but modified by his mother who taught him.

History: His mother ran away from the Fire Country for a reason she would not even tell him. When he was old enough she trained him and taught him everything she knew and all the secrets of their bloodline. He returned to the Fire Country to renounce his mother's act of running away(Under strict orders from his mother to do so) He was accepted at a shinobi of Konoha and was given the Rank of Jonin. After a display of his skills, after his first mission he earned the name Disciple of Raiden, the God of Thunder and Lightning.

Doubt this character can really participate in an RP considering where he lies in the time line, maybe he could be the child version of himself. But meh I just had fun making him. The bloodline Limit is a mixture of what has been shown in the Naruto Anime(taijutsuu) and another anime called Shadow Skill. Anyone who has seen Shadow Skill will recognize the pic. I especially liked linking his bloodline limit to the 8 gates that was fun.

Also even though I already posted him elsewhere this place seemed more suitable. I will probably be making a fanfiction circling this character if anyone is interested to read it.
