Toubleshooting Downloads

When I click on the download link/button, it goes back to the homepage.
This is due to a broken link,the file is either missing, or we haven't added it yet. In either of these cases you can report a broken link here.

When I click on the download link, I get redirected to the main page.
Your either intentionally or unintentionally attempting to bypass our download system. The main problem is if you have some sorta firewall or web browser security like Nortons Internet Security, Black Ice firewall or Windows Firewall on. Another major cause is if you use a download manager. Turn off all those programs/firewalls and don't use download managers, while using Internet Explorer or Firefox.Make sure your firewall, browser, pop up blocker or anti virus programs are not blocking referrers. You should be able to hopefully download perfectly.

When I click the download link it opens my video player? Or it just starts streaming. How do I save the file instead?

Firefox Users:

1. Open Firefox
2. Go to TOOLS
3. Options
4. Content Tab or Applications Tab
5. File Types Manage
6. Select .avi
7. Change action
8. Save them on my computer do the same for .mkv .mp4 and any other media extensions.

Internet Explorer Users:

1. Go to My Computer
2. Tools
3. Folder Options
4. File Types.
5. Scroll down to the video file extension(.AVI) and highlight it.
6. Click the Advanced button.
7. Check the box next "Confirm open after download"
8. Click OK to apply. Restart the browser. Do the same for .mp4 and .mkv.

Why do I have to register to download from you?
It's another method to help keep away the leechers and hotlinkers as well as to keep track of our media servers logs.

Why is download going so slow?
If your downloading and the speed is slow the most likely reason is that there are huge amounts of people downloading from our servers which will cause slower downloading speeds. Only real solution is to revisit the site when it's not so busy or maybe gain access to our exclusive server as a Endless Naruto Supporter.

Windows Media Player gives an error when trying to play the video? I can hear the sound but can't see the picture?
You most likely don't have the proper video codecs to view the video.
The majority of all anime fansubs are encoded. You should downloading and install VLC Media Player which plays almost all video with out the need to install codecs. If you prefer to use regular windows media player, then download this CCC Codec Pack or K-Lite Codec Pack install it onto your computer.

It solved my problem above for that damn browser opening!! Now I CAN donate and continue to get my downloads from this site.

Any chance of you getting availability to donate through visa cards direct?

Only way to really help support the site is through PayPal donations. But if you don't have a account with them you can still donate with your credit or debit card.

All you have to do is get on the donation page, click the button, and there will be an option saying

Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue

And I'm sure you can figure it out from there.

What episode? What is the link to the episode? What browser are you using? Give me all the info you can.

im using Mozilla Firefox and ALL the episode arent working for me. Naruto Subbed, English and Shipuuden

Can you also provide the link you are using? Are you downloading it directly from endless-naruto or are you typing it manually into your browser?

its all directly off the website and i have tried typing a couple into my browser and that still dosnt work. i would not have a clue how to post the link for the episodes, also theres is over 200 episodes. thats alot of linkage lol

Typing it manually into your browser wont work. It is disabled and blocked. So only way to get the episode is directly from the site. As for the link I am looking for something like:

http://endless-naruto.com/downloads/Naruto

Just give one or two links not all of them.
