This may sound stupid but sometimes i don't watch the Olympics because i don't like the idea of watching someone fail. The idea of thousands of eyes on one person make me feel sick and i can't stand it. Because i get nervious for people.

Men's swimming America is 2 for 2 in gold.

I've only watched pieces of the opening ceremony. I liked how they drew something (had to go so I don't know what it was).
I liked to see the countries and particpaters entering the stadium. Always fun to laugh at the outfits of some countries (though I hated how mine was clothed ><) And there are always countries which I've never heard of.

Lol, I know what you mean, I have the same thing, but not with people failing, rather with people embarrassing themselves. I simply can stand to watch such scenarios.

Phelps is now 5-5 WOOT! Good for him. Did you know he eats like a 12000 cal diet.

And swims 4-8 hour a day on average during training. Now that is serious dedication.

Yeah, I saw the whole calorie thing on Yahoo! lol. He's pretty good at what he does though.
