I could have sworn I posted in a thread like this, probably favorite sports, lol.
Hmm. Baseball and Hockey are the two primary ways to exercise along with Tennis and Racquetball as ever increasing close secondaries. Biking is a given for me. No not the 'I'm going to bike to the corner store...' bull crud either. Biking as in to the next suburb or two over instead of adding fat to my body by just moving my arms and sitting on my butt driving. Oh and I usually go all out on the return trip after pacing myself on the initial trip too. It's fun speeding down the series of hills at about 40 MPH (do the math metrics :P) then coasting at about 30 for the next mile before grinding out the last three to five home, lol. Think Upper Midwest and all the frigging hills we have that the glacial terraforming left for us. So biking is the typical unless I have to go a county or more away, that'll just make me slow in the net for hockey and sluggish around the base pads. No triples or shutouts for me if I did that crap lol.
In short, I was and am exercising a LOT this summer. Hence the second thing I was doing other than yelling at my ISP company the past month. But alas I don't have a six pack, sorry ladies, rofl.
