Default I have to get in form until the end of the sommer.

So I need to get in form till the end of the sommer. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to training. I love sports but after the training I'm just lazy and I quit... I'm not fat or weak (ask Lucky7s) but I just want to get in form a little. So 4 every post in here I'm going to do 5 push ups. Lucky7s will check on me. He will report if I don't do them. Now this is going to do some good 4 me and some entertaing pain 4 you (my pain).

you think push-ups only will help you get in shape? =P
you should also try jogging and sit-ups. jogging is best though. RUN RUN RUN!

Like joe said, push ups wont get you no where, you need to run and crap. though push ups do some, they dont do enough, so go runs 5 laps for this post.

*Sigh* *Remebers being 14 and fit* T_T lol oh well lets just say once u grow up u really dont have time to do things like that lol.

But i'll suggest doing crutches (Dont know whats the correct spelling) but push ups doesnt do anything but stregthen ur arms lol thats about it, do more crutches and sit ups

whut XD push-ups strenthen your arms, chest, shoulders, and back a little.
crutches are the things people with leg trouble walk with :P you mean crunches?

he is 14 neji he as all the time in the world to jog... until he dies, then he cant jog any more.

YES Crunches X_X lol sorry keep forgetting the 2 X_X lol. ya but jogging actually weakens ur knee joints becos of all the pressure u put on it everytime u jog, soo i suggest doing those excerise X_X lol we're all getting old dude need to know what hurts ur body and what helps it lol
