Major Leauge Baseball Predictions and Talk

Just thought I'd make a MLB thread to liven things up in here, since trades are flying left and right though the MLB right now as it does every November and December, I thought I'd give my team predictions for 2008, and compare them with other people.

American League

West
1. Los Angeles Angels (Best Record in MLB)
2. Seattle Mariners
3. Oakland Athletics
4. Texas Rangers

Central
1. Detroit Tigers
2. Cleveland Indians (AL Wild Card)
3. Chicago White Sox
4. Minnesota Twins (Mauer keeps em out of the basement)
5. Kansas City Royals

East
1. Boston Red Sox
2. New York Yankees (a long shot from Indians)
3. Toronto Blue Jays
4. Tampa Bay Devil Rays (outta da basement)
5. Baltimore Orioles

National League

West
1. San Diego Padres (best record in NL...yeah not joking)
2. Arizona Diamondbacks (NL Wild Card)
3. Los Angeles Dodgers
4. Colorado Rockies
5. San Francisco Giants (From inflation to deflation literally ^^)

Central
1. Milwaukee Brewers (close to having best in NL but not quite, huge lead on division all year.)
2. Chicago Cubs (A dismal record for being a Second place team, one of the worst in years for being second place...)
3. Houston Astros (closest to .500 against crew' in Central)
4. St. Louis Cardinals (barely above Cinci)
5. Cincinnati Reds (improved team but Brewers keep em down, almost winless against crew.)
6. Pittsburgh Pirates (Sunk to the seabed again...)

East
1. New York Mets (No joking about them this year...until Milwaukee in playoffs...Santana isn't a big factor that was hoped to be.)
